Does the thought of networking make you cringe? But you also know that networking will help you land a job and grow your career?

Career coach and networking strategist who believes that networking can be fun (even as an introvert)
Hi! I’m Crystal Lee and I’ve been networking for over 20 years.
Let me help you get over the cringe and find a way to connect with folks meaningfully to progress your career. You might even discover that networking can be fun!
Why bother with a networking strategy when job seeking?
Because networking can help you access the mysterious “hidden job market.” That’s referring to the fact that half of all jobs are never formally posted. Instead, successful candidates get hired through personal connections.
Networking can also help you:
- Connect directly with recruiters and hiring managers
- Develop a professional brand so opportunities find you
- Strengthen your support network
- Discover new career options and industry trends
- Access resources
- Meet mentors
- and so much more…
With all the benefits of networking, what is holding you back?
🙋🏻♀️Raise your hand if these sound familiar:

- You don’t have time
- You don’t know where to start

- You don’t know how to move past hello
With how-to guidance and a reframing of networking, you’ll be able to move past those barriers!
