Join the Women’s Leadership Circle — a non-judgmental space where you can show up exactly as you are, with whatever’s on your mind and in your heart. Instead of focusing on what you do, let’s talk about how you’re doing.
Through conversations that dig beneath the surface, we’ll explore fresh perspectives on familiar challenges, share strategies to thrive at work and in life, and develop meaningful relationships that lift each other up.

Whether you’re leading a team, a project, or the change you wish to see in the world, it’s normal to feel overwhelmed, exhausted, or even frustrated at times — especially when you care deeply about your work.
You’re not alone. Connecting with other leaders can help you quiet doubts and reignite your spark.
During the Listening Circle, each participant will have the opportunity to share thoughts or feelings around the evening’s theme. Others will be invited to listen deeply, reflect back, or ask thoughtful questions — without jumping into “fix it” mode, unless support is requested.
In the Community Exchange, we’ll reflect on the insights from the circle, notice any connecting threads, and offer ideas, resources, or support based on what emerged. This is a space for collective wisdom and mutual growth.
The Women’s Leadership Circle centers the experiences of women and non-binary people. While all genders are welcome, we aim to foster curiosity, understanding, and allyship.
The gathering will be facilitated by Crystal Lee, MPH, CPCC — a holistic career coach, workshop leader, and the host of The After Work Hangout podcast. With over a decade of experience building community, from social impact potlucks to laughter yoga in the park, Crystal believes that magic happens in groups.
