What is holistic career coaching?
In short, I meet you where you’re at.
We’ll start by assessing your current situation and identifying your immediate challenges. As we work together, you’ll get clearer on your career direction and build confidence to pursue your goals. I’ll keep you accountable to action and challenge you when necessary. Most importantly, I’ll be there with you through the ups and downs of pursuing your dreams, so you don’t fall back into old ways.
When you have direct questions, I’ll draw on my extensive experience working in diverse industries and supporting clients through career transitions to offer meaningful feedback.

How It Works
My services are remote-friendly! Coaching happens over GoogleMeet, so we can connect over video (or voice only) and we have the option of sharing screen. This means we can work together as long as you have a stable internet connection.
From my home on Vancouver Island, I coach diverse professionals living across Canada, USA, and as far as Asia and Africa. I offer coaching in English with the option to incorporate Cantonese.
Time Availability
I offer coaching both within and outside of traditional work hours including weekday evenings and on weekends.
Coaching Rates
I offer an accessible first-session rate for new clients to experience career coaching with me. During that call, we’ll get to know each other and you’ll have the chance to ask me any questions. I’ll also send you an email summary of our meeting, including any resources and next steps that were discussed.
First 60-minute session for new clients: $40 CAD + applicable taxes
30-minute session for returning clients: $65 CAD + applicable taxes
60-minute session for returning clients: $120 CAD + applicable taxes
I reserve limited hours each month for folks in transition to pay at a reduced rate (sliding scale). Please contact me if you would like to learn about this opportunity.
