Hi! I’m Crystal Lee, a holistic career coach, writer, and laughter yogi based on Vancouver Island and serving the global community.
Since 2013, I’ve been helping people figure out what they want and how to make it happen — with clarity, confidence, and kindness. As a career coach who believes there’s much more to life than work, I support diverse clients in defining and living out their holistic definitions of success.
Who I work with
Many of my clients are mid-career professionals (ranging from creatives to healthcare workers and engineers) who feel something calling them to change. Maybe it’s a nagging feeling of stuckness or unmet potential. Maybe it’s an event like a job loss, breakup, health scare, or move across the country (or even the world!). Whatever’s prompting the change, we dig into the things that matter and take action to create a more fulfilling future.
Yes, I can guide you on writing an awesome resume.
Yes, I can help you get better at networking and interviewing.
But more importantly, I can support you as you navigate life’s unexpected turns, break patterns that keep you stuck, and transform how you show up in work and life.
I bring my all and you can too!
I meet you where you’re at by combining my professional coach training, my love affair with writing, and my crisscrossing experience from the tech, non-profit, education, healthcare, and business sectors. I also bring my perspective as a bicultural person (I’m 1.75 generation Chinese Canadian) who has always been fascinated by the impact of culture on our thoughts, choices, and behaviors.
We are not just our job titles. I hold space for the intersections of your life, and I look forward to getting to know you!

In my spare time, you’ll find me growing food in my front yard (for humans and pollinators) and enjoying walks with my partner and dog.

I graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) with a Master of Public Health degree in Community Health Sciences. This experience honed my ability to think holistically while driving targeted results.
For my undergrad at the University of British Columbia (UBC), I majored in Cell Biology and Genetics, and minored in Asian Studies. To this day, I am fascinated by the natural world, culture, and human behaviors.
