Booking In-Person or Online Laughter Yoga
I offer in-person laughter yoga in Nanaimo, BC and surrounding areas (mid-Vancouver Island). I also offer online laughter yoga for virtual wellness programs and remote team building.
Laughter Sessions range in price depending on your group size, location, and venue space. Non-profit discounts are available. Please contact me for a quote!

Sounds of Joy: Laughter Yoga + Sound Bath
We’ll begin with lighthearted laughter yoga exercises to energize both the mind and body. Then, sink into deep relaxation with the calming vibrations of Himalayan singing bowls, chimes, and other delightful instruments. Finally, we’ll gather for a moment of community connection over a cozy tea.

What is Laughter Yoga?

It is a technique that invites laughter without using jokes or humor. Laughter Yoga is a blend of yoga-based deep breathing, gentle stretching, simulated laughter exercises, and playful games and activities.
What is a Laughter Session?
A Laughter Session is a series of laughter exercises that can be tailored to special themes and to the needs of a setting. I have led laughter yoga in workplaces, post-secondary schools, seniors homes, and at special events.
What is a Laughter Club?
A Laughter Club is a non-profit group that practices Laughter Yoga on a regular basis. Laughter Clubs are run on a drop-in, by donation basis and are intended to fulfill the mission of the Laughter Yoga Movement- “Joy, Health, and World Peace through Laughter.” Find your closest Laughter Club at laughteryoga.org.
What do I wear?
We will not do typical yoga poses but we will move around. Please dress comfortably. Some find it helpful to dress in layers.
What do I bring?
We may lay on the ground for a laughter meditation. Please feel free to bring a yoga mat or blanket. Water is always a good idea!
