About the guest:
Lisa Stewart is a teacher and coach who recently retired from a 30-year career as an adult educator at the Vancouver School Board. Her background includes a degree in sociology from the University of Western Ontario and a degree in education from UBC. Integrating her skills as a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach, Lisa has supported thousands of students to achieve their educational and career goals. She has also supported colleagues as a peer support consultant for the BC Teachers Federation.
Now enjoying early retirement, Lisa continues lifting others up as a life strategist. Her philosophy is that anything is possible with a clear vision, the willingness to take action, and the resiliency to navigate obstacles. She is also making time to pursue her passions, which include travel, arts and crafts, reading, nature walks, restoring her family cabin in Ontario, and spending quality time with her husband and two adorable cats.
